Te Puia is opening the valley to an unforgettable evening, a night of dining beneath the open sky where the only walls are the horizons.

Groups will be treated to the best and freshest of New Zealand fare and world winning New Zealand wines. From silver service to relaxed picnics, the valley will be exclusively theirs for the night.

No-where else in the world can diners watch and learn as chefs cook mussels, crayfish, prawns and gifts of the sea in the natural boiling hot pools. Sit back and sip champagne while sunset burns through the valley.

As mud pools bubble and wildlife settles, dusk heralds a new stage to the evening. The valley lights up and guests begin to feast beneath the stars just metres from the stunning Pohutu Geyser.

Tailored menus and marquees means Te Puia is prepared for any contingency.
