Te Puia’s stunning Pātaka Kai (restaurant, bar and function centre) offers diners spectacular geothermal views while enjoying a range of delicious Kiwi flavours. The set menus are sophisticated and innovative, infusing Māori flavours, cuisine and cooking styles.

Open from Thursday to Sunday for coffee and cafe style lunch options.

Our delicious Grazing Dinner menu is available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5.30pm. Interact with our chefs Chef’s, enjoy delights such as tempura cauliflower, shrimp cocktail, manuka smoked salmon on wakame salad, lightly saute garlic prawns, smoked beef brisket, bbq pork ribs, steamed pudding, mini pavlova and much more.

And Sunday brunch is also a new feature of our restaurant, available from 9am to 2pm.
