Terms and Conditions - Te Puia Online Gift Shop

 

By accessing and using the site you (the purchaser) are deemed to be in agreement with the following Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Our online shopping is not staffed on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday morning. Dispatches of orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if a product is unavailable.

We use reputable courier companies to deliver our parcels throughout New Zealand. All deliveries are insured. The nationwide postage, packaging and insurance cost is NZ$10.00 including GST, per order regardless of number of item(s). Courier delivery will take up to three days from date of mailing depending on your location.

All international deliveries are by airmail. We are required to attach customs declarations to all international deliveries including a description of the goods and their cost. Customs or import levies may be applied once they reach your country. These and any customs clearance charges must be borne by the purchaser.  International deliveries will be around a week or more from date of mailing depending on your location. International delivery is charged at a flat rate of NZ$25.00 per order which covers postage, packaging and insurance. We will endeavor to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order.

Payment

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards only. All prices for product and postage are in NZ Dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable so please choose carefully.  However, if the products you have purchased are defective or broken when received, please notify Te Puia at shop@tepuia.com within 7 days of receipt of the product so we can best decide the following course of action. In most cases this will include your ability to return the defective product to us for an exchange. All goods returned must be unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning goods will be agreed by us and the purchaser before the product is returned.
