Our award winning chefs have created a unique Christmas Brunch Menu with a carvery that includes all of your Christmas favourites! From traditional New Zealand Manuka Smoked Ham, Wild NZ Venison, Glazed Pork Ribs and it wouldn’t be a Te Puia Christmas without our world famous, Hāngī Lamb served alongside our rewana bread stuffing.
Our cold buffet selection has a range of fresh oysters, prawns and chilli glazed salmon. Our antipasto platter has a range of cured meats and condiments alongside fresh, seasonal root vegetables and crispy salad greens.
We have also put together a buffet with all the favourites for our younger (or older) manuhiri. Crumbed mac n cheese with bacon and parmesan, butter milk fried chicken nibbles and a brunch favourite, Belgiun waffles with chocolate fudge sauce or peanut butter and jelly. Of course, we have included a candy station too!
What’s for dessert? Te Puia’s Steamed Pudding- cooked in the natural steam vents in our valley- with vanilla custard and whipped cream, chocolate dipped cream puffs, caramelised kumera brulee, Ice cream, traditional NZ pavalova with fresh seasonal fruits and more!
