If you are a Rotorua Resident or a New Zealand Resident

Whānau Card benefits and discounts are for the two named adults. The primary and secondary cardholder (must be your spouse for secondary cardholder), and up to 3 children (15 years & under and, must be your immediate offspring), unless otherwise specified.
Whānau Card is strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Whānau Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. (unless otherwise stated).
Whānau Card is only available to NZ and Rotorua residents (proof of address and photo ID are required).
Te Puia | NZMACI reserve the right to check proof of NZ / Rotorua residency at any time and/or withhold benefits.
All Whānau Card discounts apply off full retail prices.
All merchandise purchases are subject to Te Puia’s refund policy and Consumer Guarantees Act.
Whānau Card is not for commercial use.
The fee for a replacement Whānau Card is $10.00.
New Zealand photo identification must be presented to receive Whānau Card. (Photo will be taken when issuing your card).
Whānau Card primary cardholders dine free on your birthday when you dine at Pātaka Kai Restaurant and Bar with three or more full-paying adult customers. Max 1 free diner per booking.
Whānau Card discounts do not apply to alcohol.
Whānau Card holders agree to reasonable Whānau Card communications.
New Zealand residents can still receive NZ resident entry prices on arrival by providing proof of NZ residence; however, will not receive other Whānau Card benefits.
Excludes special promotions, including Christmas functions, Christmas Day, and special events. On these occasions, a cardholder price will be stipulated.
Hiakai Cafe food discounts are not valid for pre-packaged items and discounted items are subject to change depending on availability and/or seasonality.
